The Question: If junk food was explicitly labeled "POISONOUS," would you still eat it? Even just once in a while? I guess your answer is no.

Yet, we drink soft drinks and eat chichirya (chips/junk food) "once in a while," telling ourselves the frequency is low. But if the label told the truth, the frequency wouldn't matter—you wouldn't touch it.

The current economy actively supports the sale of fake, unhealthy food, even though we know it negatively impacts society. Why do we let them sell these things?

  • It boosts the health industry (more sick people = more business).

2. The "Happiness" Trap

We eat it because it makes us "happy."

  • The Explosion: Every time you eat processed food, it explodes the reward system in your brain and gives you pleasure.
  • The Convenience: It is very cheap and affordable.

3. The Biological Reality

If you look closely, deep inside, it is hurting our bodies.

  • Confusion: Our bodies do not recognize how to interact with these artificial ingredients.
  • The Truth: We all know it is not the best thing for us.
